Turnaround Time (TAT)
At Pressed Designz Customs, we strive to provide quality products while maintaining
fast and reliable service. Most orders are completed well before the stated turnaround
times; however, the time frames below allow for high order volumes, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Custom Apparel & Personalized Products
Estimated turnaround time: 3–7 business days
This turnaround time applies to all custom and personalized products.
Please note:
- Large orders may require additional processing time.
- Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
- Turnaround times begin after payment has been received and all artwork has been approved.
DTF Transfers
Standard turnaround time: 1–2 business days
Same-Day Processing
Orders submitted by 12:00 p.m. (CST) may qualify for same-day processing.
Please note:
- Same-day service is based on order volume and material availability.
- Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
Olive Branch Pickup
Olive Branch pickup is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at The Vineyard.
To qualify for the next scheduled pickup:
- Orders must be submitted and paid in full by 8:00 p.m. on the day before pickup.
- Orders received after the cutoff time will be available on the following pickup date.
Important Information
- Business days are Monday through Friday.
- Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround times.
- Turnaround times may be extended during holidays, promotional sales, back-to-school season, and graduation season.
- Turnaround times begin only after payment and final approval of artwork have been received.
- Pressed Designz Customs reserves the right to adjust turnaround times when necessary.
