Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
At Pressed Designz Customs, every item is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy in accordance with applicable Mississippi laws.
Custom and Personalized Products
All sales are final on custom and personalized items, including items created from
customer-provided photographs, names, logos, artwork, and designs.
Because these products are made specifically for the customer, we do not accept
returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error on our part, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or pickup.
Please include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging, when applicable
After reviewing the claim, Pressed Designz Customs will determine whether the item
qualifies for replacement, repair, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files, photographs, names,
sizes, colors, and design information are accurate before approving production.
Pressed Designz Customs is not responsible for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors approved by the customer
- Low-resolution images supplied by the customer
- Color variations resulting from screen, monitor, fabric, substrate, or lighting differences
- Damage caused by improper application, washing, storage, or handling
DTF Transfers
All DTF transfers are custom-produced; therefore, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only when the issue resulted from an error
made by Pressed Designz Customs.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started. Approved cancellations
may be subject to administrative fees and payment processing fees.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Pressed Designz Customs directly to allow us an
opportunity to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their financial
institution.
Mississippi Consumer Protection Information
Mississippi law allows businesses to establish reasonable return and refund policies for
custom-made and personalized products, provided those policies are clearly disclosed
before a purchase is completed.
